During pandemic, our resort has applied health protocols to ensure that our guests are safe. Before check-in, guests are encouraged to wash their hands and our team will check guests' body temperature.

All the team members of Jannata Resort maintain the cleanliness in all areas including hotel rooms, restaurant, spa, kitchen. Every 4 hours disinfectant spray and physical distancing towards our pool decks, restaurant chairs, spa outlets are applied to ensure that our resort is in hygiene circumstance.

Masks, face shields, hand sanitizer and also washing hands counter are fully prepared to welcome the new normal era ensuring all guests and staffs are safe and healthy.

The restaurant is located next to the lobby and extends out onto an open terrace for an alfresco dining experience. It is elevated over the main swimming pool with tropical views of lush valley greenery in the distance.

A sanctuary for the senses, Champaka Spa features a comfortable lounge area and three private treatment rooms for sessions of personal rejuvenation. This charming wellness facility overlooks a tropical valley that descends down to flowing river.

This hotel is just so beautiful and peaceful. The staff is amazing, very kind and competent, always with a smile on their face and always there for you. The room we were in was beautiful, clean, very big. The bathroom was to die for, and the view breathtaking.
